VENDORFAIR Registration Winter 2022

VENDORFAIR is held during our Annual HDH Cookie Walk, a very popular event on a very busy day for our Historic Business district. Space Is Limited

If you do not have a Hartselle City Business License, you will be required to have customers Check Out through our register at the event. A Receipt Form will be required with you Business Name and address written for end of day tally.
Upon approval, you will be notified and invoiced. Space is limited, and will be first come first serve. Event is held in conjunction to our Popular HDH Cookiewalk, and The Venue will be included on all Cookiewalk Maps.

HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT AGREEMENT : I assume full responsibility for my own exhibit and agree to relieve the City of Hartselle, Hartselle Merchants, The Venue and the Main St Market VENDORFAIR Committee of liability for any damages, beyond due care, including claims of loss, damage, or injury. I also agree to abide by the rules set forth in the Vendor Guidelines and assume responsibility for installing my booth.
VENDORFAIR GUIDELINES ~ Booth spaces are available in Small (10’ D x 6’ W), Medium (10’ D x 10’W) and Large (10’D x 15’ W). Size accommodations may be made if special requests are submitted with reservations, if remaining floor space allows. ~ Spaces are reserved upon receipt of booth payment and are determined on a first come- first serve basis. ~ Payment requirements: Small $35, Med $50, Lrg $75 ~ Electrical hook-ups are available; you must provide your own Grounded Extension Cord of at least 50’ ~No Homemade Food Sales Due to State and Local Health Regulations and Licensing. General Information ~ Vendors cannot set up until 7 AM Saturday Morning, the 10th of Dec. ~ Vendors need to be open for business by 10:00 AM. ~ Vendor Parking is available in any one of the 5 Public Parking Lots in Historic Downtown Hartselle, see parking map online for details. ~ Vendors cannot pack up until 5PM ~ Booths must be clean and litter free at all times. ~ Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, set/display props, extension cords, etc. ~ Vendors must agree to the HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT AGREEMENT, which is above. ~ THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROHIBIT THE SALE OF LEWD OR UNDESIRABLE ITEMS. THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE HAS SOLE DECISION-MAKING POWER ON THE ACCEPTIBILITY OF ANY ITEM IN QUESTION.
